The short version
This website tells you what is on at Tap That, what we pour and who works here. There is nothing to buy and no account to make. If you send us a photo you keep owning it, and you can ask for it back down at any time. Times and prices change, so treat what you read here as our best information rather than a promise.
What this site is
An information site for a bar. You cannot buy anything here, book a table here, or create an account here. If a page ever asks you for a card number, it is not us — close it and tell us.
Event times, line-ups and prices
We keep the schedule as accurate as we can, and it is genuinely the reason this site exists. But bars are live things. A performer gets sick, a night runs over, a special ends, a price goes up. What you read here is our best information at the time you read it, not a guarantee. If you are making a trip specially for one event, a quick call to (954) 990-7422 is never wasted.
The same goes for the drinks menu. We list what we normally pour and what it normally costs. Stock runs out, recipes get tweaked, prices move.
Photos you send us
When you send a photo through this site you are telling us two things: that it is yours to give, and that we may post it with credit to you. Please only send photos you actually took. If someone recognisable is in the shot, please make sure they are happy to be on our website — a good night out is not the same as consent to be published.
You keep owning your photo. You are giving us permission to show it in three places — on this website, on our own social media, and on the screens inside the bar — not selling it to us, and not giving it away. We will not sell it, license it to anyone else, or use it in paid advertising without asking you first.
Nothing goes up automatically — a person at the bar looks at every submission. We may decide not to publish something, and we do not have to explain why. We also strip the hidden location data out of every photo before it goes anywhere, which is explained in our privacy policy.
You can change your mind. Ask us and the photo comes down — off the website and out of the rotation on the screens in the bar. That applies whether you sent it or you are simply in it.
Our words and pictures
Almost everything on this site — the photography, the artwork, the event flyers, the writing — was made by us. It belongs to Tap That and you should not reuse it commercially without asking.
Sharing us is different from taking from us. Link to us, screenshot a flyer, repost an event to tell your friends about a night — that is what it is all for, and you have our blessing. Ask first if you want to use something in your own advertising.
Links to other places
Some buttons here send you elsewhere — Google Maps for directions, Google Calendar to save an event, our social media. Once you leave, you are on their site under their rules, and we have no control over what they do.
The bar itself
Tap That is a 21+ venue and we card at the door. Everyone is welcome, and everyone is expected to be decent to the staff and to each other. We reserve the right to refuse service, as any bar does.
Nothing on this website is a contract or an offer. It is a bar telling you what is on.
If something on this site is wrong
Tell us and we will fix it. A wrong showtime is worse for us than for you.
Changes
If we change these terms we will change this page and update the date at the top.
